Antika Law Firm successfully represented the interests of the utility company for heating networks Cherkasyteplokommunenergo of the Cherkasy City Council in a dispute that was considered in the Economic Court of the Cherkasy region.

The attorneys-at-law of Antika applied to the court with a request to recognize as concluded in the wording proposed by the client the contract for the transportation of heat energy by the heating networks of the defendant - the local heat supply organization.

The court agreed with the position of the utility company for heating networks Cherkasyteplokommunenergo and satisfied the claim in full.

This is firm’s next victory in disputes that arise as a result of imperfect regulatory regulation and, accordingly, different approaches to the procedure for calculating the volume of heat losses during its transportation.
