Dentons expanded its Ukrainian corporate and competition practices

Evgenia Prudko has joined the Kyiv office of Dentons as a senior associate in the corporate and competition practices.

Evgenia Prudko has more than 19 years’ experience in competition, compliance, corporate, M&A, and employment law. She focuses on antitrust and competition matters, including merger clearance, unfair competition, and concerted practices. She also provides clients with comprehensive advice, audits and risk assessments in order to avoid antitrust and competition investigations.

She also advises clients on corporate restructurings, individual dismissals, transfers of businesses, and employment restructurings, including outsourcing projects and joint-ventures. Her client base includes large national and international corporations, large agricultural companies, financial institutions and private equity firms.

Evgenia Prudko is deputy head of the Law Committee and Committee for Feed, Food and Agriculture at the German-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce.
